Tenet Healthcare is actively seeking an Endocrinologist for an employed position with our large multi-specialty group in Palm Springs, California. Desert Regional Medical Center and its medical staff serves a catchment area of approximately 700,000 people.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to practice the full scope of Endocrinology and have a quick ramp up period with the support of a large national healthcare system!

  • Full-time, employed opportunity – Available Immediately!
  • This position can be set-up as a traditional office based practice that is mostly outpatient with occasional inpatient consults OR be a fully outpatient practice
  • Teaching opportunities with third year Internal Medicine residents
  • Our group manages all aspects of the practice and provide whatever support the physician needs so they can focus on patient care as our community has a large diabetic population

Palm Springs is located in Southern California’s Coachella Valley which is comprised of several communities with a total year round population of 500,000. Just a little farther away, you can enjoy snow sports in Big Bear Mountain and water sports at the Colorado River. Getting to Los Angeles, San Diego, and the beaches of Orange County is about a 2 hour drive.

Candidates must be BE/BC in Endocrinology and eligible to obtain licensure in the state of California. An interest in teaching and working with 3rd year residents is highly preferred.
Compensation:
$225,228 - $324,858 - Wages are determined upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee's qualifications, experience and personal productivity.
