Location: Coastal Oregon
Duration: October 2026 – January 15, 2027, and also April 06, 2027 – June 25, 2027
Schedule: Full time (4 weeks a month)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p – 4-5 days per week (4-day week would have Friday off)
Call: N/A
Scope: Endocrinology clinic bread & butter, Adults only (no procedures; IR in hospital does biopsies). Primarily Medicare patients type 2 diabetes, some thyroid, osteoporosis and testosterone patients. Be comfortable with: Gender affirming hormone replacement therapy, Gestational Diabetes.
Patient Volume: 12-15 patients/day (2-3 new visits which are 1 hour, follow-ups are 30-45 min. visits)
EMR: Cerner. A1C machine in the clinic.
Hospital: level 3 trauma, 25 bed critical access.
Requirements (boards, license): BC, Active Oregon license preferred
