ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting a BC/BE inpatient/outpatient Endocrinologist to join our established program in Newark, Delaware. Join our team of exceptional providers working in a practice recognized through the Delaware Diabetes Coalition and the American Diabetes Association.
Position Highlights:
- Work with exceptional providers and robust staff in our multidisciplinary clinical team consisting of nine physicians, four nurse practitioners, and six certified diabetes educators
- Variety: position is mix of inpatient work at Christiana Hospital and Wilmington Hospital and outpatient work at one of our five outpatient clinics in Delaware.
- Light call: 1:8. Inpatient staggered weekends and 2 week rounding blocks for inpatient care. Experienced team/support means lower call burden.
- EMR: Migrating to EPIC from Cerner
