Position Highlights
- Base Salary: $355,000
- Additional Compensation: wRVU productivity bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
- Fellowship Stipend Available
- Monday-Friday Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Dedicated Lunch Hour
- Patient Volume: 18-24 patients per day
- No Weekend Call
- No Holiday Call

Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor ongoing progress and outcomes.
Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and diagnostic tests to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
Provide evidence-based medical management and patient education focused on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and long-term health improvement.
Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all organizational, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Support inpatient and/or outpatient endocrine services as required by the practice or health system.
Stay current on advancements in endocrinology through continuing medical education and professional development activities.

Excellent work-life balance with ABAOLUTELY NO WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY CALL
Any necessary call is shared seamlessly with the Internal Medicine department to prevent burnout
