Are you a BC/BE Endocrinologist seeking a predictable, clinic-only permanent role in the rapidly growing Phoenix West Valley? West Valley Endocrinology is seeking a general Endocrinologist (MD or DO) to join their in-person outpatient practice in Goodyear, Arizona. Offering standard 8-hour day shifts, comprehensive metabolic care, eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR, and full visa support, this growth-oriented practice provides an exceptional long-term opportunity in the Southwest.

The Opportunity

Step into a thriving outpatient endocrine practice, diagnosing and managing complex hormonal and metabolic conditions across a growing regional patient panel.

• Clinical Scope: Deliver comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care, including:

  • Diagnosing and managing diabetes, thyroid conditions, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic disorders

  • Developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring ongoing therapy, and providing patient education

  • Collaborating directly with the multidisciplinary outpatient clinical team

  • Documenting patient care and order entry via eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR

• The Schedule & Practice Setting: Full-time permanent position featuring standard 8-hour daytime clinic shifts.

• Work Environment: 100% in-person outpatient clinic practice (clinic-only growth role).

• Visa Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates are welcomed and accepted.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree & Training: MD or DO; completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism Fellowship.

• Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) preferred.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Arizona State Medical License or IMLC qualification.
