We're welcoming a Medical Director Endocrinologist to join our community hospital in East Tennessee. This opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking a relaxed, supportive environment where you can focus on patient care while enjoying a competitive wRVU rate and the charm of a beautiful, low cost-of-living mountain town.
Practice:
• Strong support staff of APPs, dieticians, diabetes educators, and MAs
• Outpatient only
• 4-day workweek
• On-site ultrasound
• Walk into established diabetes and thyroid volume
• Epic with AI
Compensation & Benefits:
• Above-market guarantee and uncapped wRVU productivity
• Generous signing bonus/training stipend and relocation assistance
• 8+ weeks PTO, student loan repayment, retirement match, malpractice and tail, $5k annual CME, etc.
