Join a growing healthcare organization seeking a skilled Endocrinologist to provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders. Bilingual English/Spanish providers are highly valued for this community-focused role.
Job Responsibilities
• Treat conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, obesity, adrenal disorders, and pituitary disorders
• Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and endocrine diagnostic tests
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust medications as needed
• Provide insulin management, CGM review, and diabetes education
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated care
• Counsel patients on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and chronic disease management
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical programs
Qualifications
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Active New York medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA certification preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
