Endocrinology Physician – Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinology Physicians to join a well-established and growing multi-disciplinary practice in Albany, NY. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a strong support team and excellent work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

• Primarily outpatient-focused practice
• Collaborative team including Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators
• Access to advanced diabetes care technology, including:
• Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)
• Insulin pump/sensor management
• Services include:
• Diabetes management & education
• Endocrine & metabolic disorder treatment
• Weight management & nutritional counseling
• Onsite HbA1c testing
• Smoking cessation programs
• Flexible scheduling options

Call Schedule:

• 1:10 call rotation
• Additional inpatient call coverage only when inpatient providers are off

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $245,000 – $260,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $35,000
• Retention Bonus: $15,000 (over 2 years)

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Eligible for or holding a New York medical license
• Experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
• Must be actively working toward Board Certification (if BE)
