Coverage Type: Outpatient Clinic
Full-time Permanent
Overview:
* Practice Setting: Outpatient Endocrinology clinic
* Full-time outpatient clinic schedule
* Average patient volume: ~15 per day
* Established outpatient endocrinology practice
* Adult patient population only
* Focus on management of: Diabetes, Thyroid disorders and Osteoporosis
* Ultrasound capability available in clinic
* Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) being added to practice
* EMR: Epic
* Patient-centered, collaborative care environment

Requirements:
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency)
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism (within 5 years of fellowship)
* Active Colorado license or willing to obtain
* DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
* NPDB Self-Query within 30 days of presentation
* Visa sponsorship not accepted
* Clean malpractice history preferred

* Salary Range: $265,000 – $300,000 annually
