Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for endocrine disorders.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Participate in practice initiatives to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Endocrinology.
- Valid Maryland medical license.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in endocrinology.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, and committed to high-quality patient care.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and educational skills.
