๐ฉบ Role Overview
The Endocrinologist will provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders. You will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
๐ Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical interviews, evaluations, and diagnostic reviews

Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies

Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Prescribe medications and monitor therapeutic effectiveness

Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
โ Qualifications
Required:

MD or DO
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology

Completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship

Active New York State medical license (or eligibility)

DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
