Compensation:
We offer a highly competitive package to support your career and lifestyle:
- Guaranteed salary of $325,000 (1-year guarantee) — Above average for the region
- Productivity bonuses in addition to your base salary, rewarding you for your hard work.
- $36,000 sign-on bonus to help you relocate and settle into your new role.
- $2,000/month fellowship stipend to support continuing education and professional growth.
