• 📞 Light call schedule: 1:10
  (Inpatient call only when inpatient providers are off)

• 📅 Flexible scheduling

• 🤝 Multidisciplinary team including:

  • Endocrinologists

  • Advanced Practice Providers

  • Certified Diabetes Educators

• 📊 Strong focus on diabetes & metabolic care

• 🧠 Access to advanced diabetes technology (CGM, insulin pumps, downloads)

👨‍⚕️ Candidate Requirements

• ✅ Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Endocrinology

• 📜 New York license (or willingness to obtain)

• 🧾 Prior Endocrinology experience preferred

• 🩺 Clean professional & malpractice history

• ❌ Lapsed board certification not accepted

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• 💵 Salary range: $245,000 – $260,000
  (Transition to productivity-based compensation model)

• 🎁 $35,000 sign-on bonus

• 🔁 Retention bonuses: $15,000/year for 2 years
