Job Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient care for patients with diabetes, endocrine & metabolic disorders
• Manage diagnosis, treatment, and long-term disease management
• Collaborate with endocrinologists, APPs, and diabetes educators
• Participate in limited inpatient call coverage when required
• Utilize advanced diabetes technologies (CGM, insulin pumps)
• Deliver patient-centered, high-quality care
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Eligible for New York medical licensure
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience preferred, but new grads encouraged
Working Hours
• 🕘 Day shift
• 📞 On-call: 1:10 rotation (minimal inpatient coverage)
• Flexible scheduling available
