Job Summary
Grandview Medical Center is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologist to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of the endocrine system, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and pituitary conditions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current with advancements in endocrinology through continuing medical education
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research (if applicable)
Work Environment & Schedule
- Outpatient-focused practice with with shared after hours call coverage (telephone only)
- Strong primary care network consisting of 50 providers
- Typical Monday through Friday schedule with dedicated administrative time
- Average Daily Patient Census 18-22 patients
