Job Description – Outpatient Clinic Provider (Vancouver, WA)
Location: Vancouver, Washington
Schedule: 3 clinic days per week
Assignment Duration: 6 months
Setting: Outpatient Clinic (no inpatient responsibilities)
Position Overview
This role fills a temporary gap in coverage while a current provider is on leave. The clinician will work exclusively in an outpatient clinic environment, seeing adult patients with no call, no rounding, and no admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient care to adult patients
- Manage a daily patient load of 16–18 patients
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and NPs (not a solo role)
- Utilize EPIC EMR
- No required procedures
Requirements
- Active Washington State License (must be in hand for urgent credentialing; IMLC not accepted)
- BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Documentation of clinical activity within the last 24 months:
- Case list of 100 patients including diagnosis/procedure, date, and facility
- Experience working in outpatient adult care preferred
