THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a thriving multi-specialty group in sunny Palm Springs, CA, focusing on comprehensive endocrine care with an emphasis on diabetes management. This full-time, employed role offers immediate impact and the ability to shape a growing practice with strong community demand for endocrine services.
THE ROLE
• Full-time position; flexible practice model available.
• Volume: Serves a patient population in a catchment area of approximately 700,000 residents.
• Team: Working within an established multi-specialty group with support for administrative and operational tasks, allowing a focus on patient care.
• Part of a large, nationally recognized healthcare system providing comprehensive support.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary: From $230,000 with guaranteed income and productivity incentives.
• 401(k)
• CME allowance

REQUIREMENTS
• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Active CA medical license or ability to obtain
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Endocrinology
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Teaching interest preferred
