Overview
* Serve a large and diverse patient population with a broad range of general endocrine disorders
* Lead a team-based approach focused on diabetes wellness and prevention
Key Responsibilities
* On-site supervision of providers and educators, including annual reviews and privileging
* Collaboration with the Administrative Director on day-to-day operations
* Strategic leadership in the development and enhancement of inpatient and outpatient endocrine programs, including recruitment
* Participation in quality and risk management for inpatient and outpatient services Medical Group
* Participation in quality and safety meetings, endocrine councils, and other committees as needed
Qualifications
* Fellowship-trained Endocrinologist
* Eligible to practice or obtain licensure in the state of Connecticut
* Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience preferred
