About the Job:
Our hospital-employed outpatient practice is seeking a BE/BC provider to join our dynamic team and make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of our diverse patient population. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work alongside 2 advanced practitioners, collaborating to provide comprehensive endocrinology care to the tri-county residents. We're seeking a compassionate, dedicated provider who shares our commitment to delivering the highest level of care.
Compensation
Competitive Salary: Attractive salary with adjustments based on experience, plus wRVU production incentive once you meet the MGMA median threshold
● Generous PTO: 240 hours (includes vacation, personal, and sick time) plus eight paid holidays
● CME Allowance: $5,000 for 40 hours of annual CME
● Financial Incentives: Sign-on bonus and student loan repayment available
