Position Overview

One of our Partners, is seeking a locum tenens Endocrinologist to provide outpatient clinic coverage beginning March 9, 2026, through September 8, 2026. This assignment is covering a temporary provider leave and offers a predictable, part-time schedule with no call responsibilities.

The role is ideal for an Endocrinologist seeking a consistent outpatient-only assignment within a collaborative clinic environment, supported by other physicians and nurse practitioners.

Provider Pay Ranking: Market-Aligned (Mid-Range) for locum tenens Endocrinology, based on 2025–2026 outpatient endocrinology locums data and constrained by a facility-set bill rate.

Assignment Highlights

• Contract Length: 26 weeks

• Schedule: 3 clinic days per week

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Daily Shift Length: 8 hours (standard)

• Setting: Outpatient clinic only

• Call: None

• Patients per Day: ~16–18

• Patient Population: Adults

• Average Daily Census: ~16

• EMR: EPIC

• Blocked scheduling available to support travel efficiency

• Prepaid travel and lodging

• Malpractice insurance provided

• HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified agency

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrinology care for adult patients

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage endocrine disorders

• Coordinate care plans and follow-up visits

• Document encounters in EPIC

• Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners within the clinic

Skills & Experience

• Board Certified in Endocrinology

• Active Washington medical license (required at submission)

• Recent outpatient endocrinology clinical activity required

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-provider clinic setting
