Job Title: Endocrinologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologist to provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of hormonal conditions, delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care in an outpatient and/or inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, lipid disorders, and metabolic conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle counseling.

Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures related to endocrine conditions.

Provide ongoing management of chronic endocrine diseases and coordinate long-term care.

Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and preventive care.

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.

Active medical license to practice in [State].
