An outstanding healthcare system in Gillette, Wyoming is actively seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join their expanding medical team. This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire role—no locums or travel assignments.
This client is exceptionally supportive and dedicated to securing long-term providers. They are willing to assist with relocation, onboarding, compensation flexibility, and any resources needed to ensure the physician’s success.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct inpatient endocrinology consultations as needed
Interpret and manage diagnostic tests such as thyroid ultrasounds, DEXA scans, and dynamic hormone testing
Oversee diabetes management, including insulin pump and CGM programs
Collaborate closely with primary care, surgery, cardiology, nutrition, and diabetes education teams
Participate in quality improvement, patient education programs, and endocrine-focused initiatives
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Qualifications
Active Wyoming license or eligibility (IMLC accepted)
Willingness to relocate to Gillette, WY — Required
Strong clinical judgment with a commitment to evidence-based care
New graduates and experienced endocrinologists welcome
Working Hours
Monday–Friday outpatient schedule
Minimal call responsibilities
No travel required
Skills
Strong diabetes management experience
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Proficient in EMR documentation
