Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) 2-3 weeks per month
Coverage: Schedule clinical hours only
Coverage Type: Outpatient
EMR: Epic
Patient Per Session: 8 clinic sessions per week, Avg 20 patients per day.
Type of patients: 100% Geriatrics High Volume
Start Date: 11/14/2025
End Date: 01-01-2026
Key Details:
- Work: Outpatient endocrine clinic seeing patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorder, pituitary disorder, osteoporosis, PCOS etc.
- New patients are scheduled for 40 minutes, follow-up patients for 20 minutes. Limit of 10 patients per session, 8 clinic sessions per week, Avg 20 patients per day.
Requirements:
- Board Status: Board Certified in Endocrinology
- 3-5 years of ENDO experience preferred
- Active CT State License
- Active DEA
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
