This opportunity is with a well-established, community-trusted multispecialty medical group in Ocala, Florida. The organization offers a broad range of services including Endocrinology, Primary Care, Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Diagnostic Imaging — all integrated within a coordinated care environment to enhance patient outcomes.

Position Summary

The medical group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join its collaborative, patient-centered team.
This is a full-time outpatient role offering a balanced schedule, manageable volume, and in-house access to laboratory and diagnostic services. You’ll work alongside nurse practitioners, diabetic educators, and experienced clinical staff dedicated to improving endocrine health in the region.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and complex metabolic conditions.

  • Perform outpatient consultations and follow-up visits.

  • Collaborate closely with primary care physicians, diabetic educators, and support staff.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical innovation.

  • Document accurately within the EHR system.

  • Provide patient education and promote preventive strategies for long-term health.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology.

  • Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain.

  • Outpatient experience preferred; new grads welcome.
