This role focuses primarily on outpatient endocrine care with opportunities for inpatient consults and collaborative work across multidisciplinary teams. Job Responsibilities
Provide care for diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary conditions
Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and diagnostic procedures
Develop personalized treatment plans for chronic endocrine conditions
Conduct inpatient consults as needed
Collaborate with primary care and other specialists
Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology
Active or eligible Oregon medical license
Strong knowledge of endocrine diagnostic tools and therapies
Excellent communication, analytical, and clinical skills

Proficiency in diabetes management technologies (insulin pumps, CGMs)
