Endocrinologist – Westminster, MD (2026 Start) Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join a well-established and collegial outpatient practice serving the Westminster community. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, multi-specialty group focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. ________________________________________ Position Highlights • Outpatient-focused practice with limited inpatient consults on a rotating basis • 1:4 call schedule, primarily phone-based • Provide care across a broad range of endocrine disorders, including: o Diabetes management o Thyroid, pituitary, and osteoporosis disorders o Thyroid biopsies (preferred but not required) • Work alongside three experienced board-certified endocrinologists • Supported by skilled clinical and administrative staff • Collaborative environment with access to multiple specialties within the network • Modern facilities with advanced diagnostic and treatment resources ________________________________________ Qualifications • MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology Fellowship (new graduates welcome) • Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing endocrine and metabolic disorders • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development • Proficiency in thyroid biopsy procedures preferred ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000–$500,000, based on experience, training, and specialty • Additional productivity and performance incentives • Comprehensive benefits package, including: o Health, dental, and vision insurance o Life and disability insurance o 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan o Generous PTO and paid holidays o CME allowance and professional dues reimbursement o Medical malpractice coverage ________________________________________ Location Located in Westminster, Maryland, this community offers the perfect balance of small-town charm and proximity to major urban centers.
