Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders
• Develop personalized care plans for patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, and hormonal imbalances
• Conduct consultations and follow-up visits in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients on preventive measures, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EHR system
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
• Active or eligible New York medical license
• Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills
