Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders such as diabetes, thyroid disease, and adrenal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and ongoing follow-ups
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients on lifestyle, diet, and medication adherence
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
• Active or eligible Oregon medical license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Dedication to compassionate, patient-focused care
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday, standard clinic hours
• 100% outpatient – no inpatient or call duties
