This role offers exceptional pay ($360K–$380K annually) plus a $100K sign-on bonus and $30K relocation assistance — a total of $130K in bonuses!

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes and thyroid diseases
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans
• Conduct in-depth patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Collaborate closely with primary care and specialty teams for coordinated care
• Educate patients about prevention, lifestyle changes, and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in EHR
Qualifications
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
• Active or eligible Wyoming medical license
• Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday, daytime schedule
• Outpatient only – No inpatient or call requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
