### Position Overview
A new, state-of-the-art medical facility opening in January 2025 is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join their multidisciplinary team. This location will include Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Endocrinology/Diabetes Management, Rheumatology, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics.

### Assignment Details
Opening January 2025
100% outpatient with optional inpatient consults
Diverse and complex case mix
Flexible scheduling options:
- Part-time or Full-time: 2–5 days per week (8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts)
- Week On/Week Off: Mon–Thurs 7a–7p, Fri 7a–5p, Sat 4-hour shift
- 12 x 10-hour Days/28-Day Block
Average 15–20 patients per day
24-hour in-house hospitalist support
Opportunity for autonomy and involvement in practice operations

### Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $280,000–$320,000 (based on experience and training)
wRVU bonus structure

### Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Endocrinology
Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)
DEA required prior to start
Clean malpractice and licensure history
