Start Date: January 5, 2026
Contract Length: 6 Months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (first patient at 8:20 AM)
Call Required: Possible call every 3–4 months (to be discussed during interview)
Clinical Details
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day
• Visit Types: 20-minute follow-ups, 40-minute new patient visits
• Call Days: No clinic responsibilities if on call
• Scope of Practice:
– Diagnose and manage a range of endocrine conditions
– Manage Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, including insulin pump therapy
– Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
– Counsel patients on medication, lifestyle, and preventive care
– Conduct follow-up visits and adjust treatment plans
• EMR: Not specified
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 120 days

• Administrative Duties: Monitor and manage in-basket messages
• Team Support: Collaborate with other providers to support complex endocrine cases
• Time Off: As per contract terms; on-call scheduling precludes clinic responsibilities
