- Monday"Friday, 8:00 AM"5:00 PM
- Minimal call (own patients only)
- No weekends
- Patient base: 50% fee-for-service / 50% managed care
- On-site infusion center, imaging, lab, PT, and outpatient surgical facility
- Strong internal referral network
