Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a dedicated and collaborative team in Shelton, CT.

This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a collegial practice environment with a strong emphasis on integrated care, clinical support, and work-life balance. Physicians will provide diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and management of patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive endocrine evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Manage chronic and acute endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and adrenal or pituitary disorders.

  • Collaborate with primary care providers, dietitians, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Promote preventive health strategies, patient education, and community wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

  • Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.

  • Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
