### Practice Details
Established outpatient Endocrinology practice
Focused on treatment and management of diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and osteoporosis
Adult-only patient population (no pediatrics)
Approximately 15 patients per day
In-clinic ultrasound capabilities
Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) in process of being added
EPIC EMR system-wide
Collaborative, patient-centered care model within UCHealth network

### Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $265,000 – $300,000

### Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 0–5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 0–5 years of residency) in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
DEA required prior to start
Clean malpractice history preferred
