- Two full-time Endocrinology Physician opportunities are available in Albany, NY.
- The practice focuses on diabetes care and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders, with a multi-disciplinary team of endocrinologists, advanced practitioners, and certified diabetes educators.
- Flexible scheduling and a collaborative team environment are offered.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in 1:10 call rotation, with additional inpatient coverage when primary inpatient providers are off
Manage diabetes using the latest technologies, including insulin pump/sensor downloads and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
Provide complication screening, medication management, foot care, smoking cessation, weight management, and nutritional counseling
Conduct individual and group diabetes education classes and support groups
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient care
Qualifications
Active or eligible New York medical license
Experience as an endocrinologist preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Open to H-1B visa candidates (no J-1 waivers)
Clean malpractice and licensing history
