About the Position

A leading health system in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join its growing multispecialty team and play a key role in the launch of a brand-new Wellness Park opening January 2025. This is a unique opportunity to shape your practice with autonomy, flexibility, and strong support.

🩺 Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient Endocrinology & diabetes management (optional inpatient consults)

• See 15–20 patients/day in a modern, collaborative environment

• Multispecialty setting: Orthopedics, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics & more

• Schedule flexibility:

  • Full-time or part-time (2–5 days/week)

  • Week On/Week Off option: Mon–Thurs (7a–7p), Fri (7a–5p), Sat (4 hrs)

  • 12x10-hour days per 28-day block

  • Flexible start/stop times (early mornings or evenings)

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $280K–$320K (extends beyond initial term)

• wRVU bonus + sign-on bonus

✅ Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology (within 5 years of residency)

• Ohio license (or ability to obtain)

• Clean malpractice record preferred
