Full time
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a dynamic and collaborative full-time practice focused on delivering high-quality care for patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders.
About the Practice:
* Join a supportive team including one physician, two advanced practice providers (APPs), and two certified diabetes educators.
* APPs manage a broad range of diabetes and endocrine conditions, helping support clinic volumes and improve access.
* Diabetes educators provide individualized diabetes education, nutrition counseling, and training in advanced diabetes technology, including insulin pump onboarding and troubleshooting.
* Collaborative, team-based model with close integration with Gastroenterology, forming part of the broader Digestive Health service line.
* Strong emphasis on coordinated care, patient education, and chronic disease management.
Position Highlights:
* Full-time, outpatient-focused role
* Manage adult patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, pituitary/adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and other endocrine conditions
* Support for endocrine disease in pregnancy

Candidate Requirements:
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology
