Opportunity for Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist (MD/DO)

Join a thriving endocrinology practice east of Birmingham. With one physician relocating in February for family, step into a supported role focusing on diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic care. Collaborate with another endocrinologist and nearby Family Medicine for referrals.

Practice Overview
- Hospital-employed in a traditional setting with state-of-the-art facilities, on-site labs, and minimal call.
- Outpatient-focused with opportunities for academic or community involvement.

Work Structure
- Full-time with flexible 4- or 5-day work week.
- RVU-based productivity incentives; supportive staff for efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $300,000–$325,000 BOE.
- Earning Potential: Up to 90th percentile (~$380,000+).
- Signing Bonus: $50,000.
- Student Loan Repayment: $25,000/year plus monthly stipend.
- Relocation: Up to $10,000.
- 401(k) match; full insurance; CME allowance; generous PTO.
