A well-respected healthcare system in Northwest & Central Ohio is excited to welcome a full-time Endocrinologist to its new Wellness Park facility. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team in a brand-new, multi-specialty location.
Position Highlights:

Join a new, state-of-the-art musculoskeletal facility with integrated care, including Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Physical Medicine & Rehab, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics

100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient consults
-
Average 15–20 patients/day

Diverse and complex case mix

Practice alongside a supportive team and enjoy autonomy in daily operations

Strong specialty support and mentorship opportunities available

Administrative and decision-making leadership housed locally

Open to new graduates, residents, and experienced physicians

Not accepting visa or locum candidates
Flexible Scheduling Options:

Part-Time or Full-Time: 2–5 days/week (8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts)

Week On/Week Off: Mon–Thurs (7 am–7 pm), Fri (7 am–5 pm), Sat (4 hours)

12 ten-hour days per 28-day block

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $280,000–$320,000 (continues beyond initial contract)

Qualifications:
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Endocrinology – Required

Ohio Medical License or ability to obtain – Required
-
Clean license and malpractice history – Required

Availability for full-time preferred; part-time considered

Candidates must not require visa sponsorship (J1/H1B not accepted)
