Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver high-quality outpatient endocrinology services, which constitute 90% of the role.
- Handle occasional inpatient consults and on-call endocrinology duties, making up about 10% of the responsibilities.
- Engage in diagnosis, treatment, and management of endocrine disorders.
- Provide patient education on disease management and prevention.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management.
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Endocrinology
- Must have experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Must hold a valid West Virginia medical license.
