Position Overview

Join a dynamic, collaborative outpatient endocrinology team in the Capital Region of New York. This opportunity is ideal for a physician passionate about patient-centered care and excited to work in a practice offering comprehensive diabetes and endocrine services.

Role Highlights

• 100% Outpatient Endocrinology

• Flexible scheduling with light 1:10 call

• Treat endocrine and metabolic disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, PCOS, and more

• Latest diabetes technology: CGM, insulin pump downloads, etc.

• Full support team: Advanced Practitioners, Diabetes Educators, Nutritionists

• Services also include foot care, smoking cessation, and weight loss support

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $245,000–$260,000 with future transition to productivity
Bonuses:

• $35,000 sign-on

• $15,000 retention bonus (annually for 2 years)
  Relocation Assistance – reimbursement-based
  CME: $4,500 + dedicated time

Qualifications

BE/BC in Endocrinology – Required
Active NY license (or eligibility) – Required
Prior endocrinology experience – Preferred
Must reside >30 miles from practice site
