Endocrinology Opportunity in Tyler, Texas
An established and growing practice in Tyler, Texas is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a collaborative, patient-focused team. Practice Overview
- Diverse endocrinology practice with emphasis on thyroid biopsies and comprehensive patient management
- Collaborative team supported by 4 diabetes educators, 1 MA, and 1 LVN per physician
- Supportive, team-based culture with no administrative burdens
- Opportunities for academic involvement and professional growth
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and a half-day Friday
- 1:7 call rotation, phone/e-consult only, no hospital rounding
- After-hours impact is minimal, with additional screening and phone support
- Flexibility to live outside the immediate hospital radius
Compensation & Benefits
- Generous compensation transitioning to a productivity-based RVU model - earn comp in the 90th percentile of MGMA earnings
- Signing bonus up to $20,000 and quality bonuses up to $10,000 annually
- Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement match
- 30 days off, $4,000 CME allowance, relocation support, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility
