Compensation & Benefits

- Guaranteed salary of $325,000 (18-month guarantee) — Above average for the region
- Productivity bonuses in addition to your base salary, rewarding you for your hard work.
- $36,000 sign-on bonus to help you relocate and settle into your new role.
