Perm - Physician - Endocrinology Opportunity in Albany, NY

Job Responsibilities:

• Focus on outpatient responsibilities with a balanced on-call schedule (1:10 call).
• Provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care for individuals with diabetes and other endocrine disorders.
• Utilize innovative treatment strategies and the latest diabetes care technologies, including insulin pump/sensor downloads and professional continuous glucose monitoring.
• Engage in specialized services such as complication screening, medication management, nutritional counseling, and education classes for diabetes management.
• Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team committed to patient education and support.
• Flexibility in scheduling to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• New grads working toward Board Certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Endocrinology - [REQUIRED]
• New York state licensure (or willingness to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
• Previous experience as an Endocrinologist is preferred but not required.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology.
• Active New York License (or willing to obtain).
