We have exciting full-time employment opportunities for Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinology Physicians to become part of a thriving team located in Albany, New York. This practice is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with diabetes and other endocrine disorders through innovative treatment strategies and comprehensive care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily outpatient responsibilities.
• On-call duties: 1:10 call, with inpatient call coverage only when inpatient providers are off.
• Flexible scheduling options.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team including Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators.
• Provide diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care for diabetes and other endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Utilize the latest diabetes care technology, including insulin pump/sensor download and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).
• Offer specialized services such as complication screening, medication management, foot care, nutritional counseling, and diabetes education.
• Join a supportive practice environment focusing on patient education and community health.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• New York License (or willing to obtain).
• Prior experience as an Endocrinologist is preferred but not required.
• Upcoming graduates in 2025 and recent grads working towards Board Certification are encouraged to apply.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility required.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a New York medical license.
• Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted.
