Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months to a year
Shift Details: Clinic: M-F, 5 days per week 8-5pm and Inpatient: Hospital Consults/Rounding and ON-Call one week per month
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-5pm and Weekend rounding/on-Call one week per month.
Work Details:
• Support staff: 2 RN’s, 3 MA’s, 2 registration/scheduling
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 5 days per week and one weekend per month
• Patients per day: 10-16
• Patient population/age: 18 and over
• Department description: Endocrinology
• Hospital bed size: approx. 190
Practice Setting:
• Clinic/Private Practice: Clinic- to see established patients.
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: OH License
• Minimum experience required: 5 years.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
