Asante is seeking an experienced Endocrinologist to join our outpatient practice in beautiful Medford, Oregon. Enjoy a 4-day work week with minimal call and work with an excellent team consisting of two Endocrinologists, two Advanced Practice Providers and excellent support staff. Candidates must be board-certified.
  • Year one: Competitive annual base salary
  • Year two: The higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
  • Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 16%
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
  • $5,000 annual CME allowance
  • 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year
