**Endocrinology opening in Cedar Rapids, Iowa** Located 27 miles from Iowa City H1 and J1 Visa Eligible **Position Details:** - Full-time, permanent position - Established team of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners - Diabetes Self-Management program staffed with Certified Diabetes Educators (RNs and Dietitians) - Healthy Living Program, a medically managed weight loss program supported by Dietitians and a Health Coach - Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community - Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time - 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult inpatients - Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination **Responsibilities:** - Outpatient clinic only; Adult patients 18+ - Clinic hours Monday Friday 8AM-5PM - Average of 18-20 patients per day; no nights or weekends - Shared call amongst the providers.
