Employed Outpatient Endocrinology Opportunity 70 minutes from Nashville.

BC/BE Endocrinologist needed to join this non-profit hospital system just 70 minutes from Nashville. This is a replacement position, joining two other full time and one part-time Pediatric hospitalist. This is a busy community hospital that covers 14 counties with a 350,000 catchment area.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Replacing Physician Who’s Been In Market for 12 Years
• Virtually no competition
• Be busy day one
• Current physician seeing 30+ patients per day
• Only 1% no show rate
• Outpatient only
• NO Hospital Call
• Nominal Phone Call (once every few weeks)
• Consult work available but optional. Extra WRVU potential.
• Total inpatient census is 3-4 daily
• Registered dieticians on staff
• Insulin pumps are placed by Nurse at diabetes center
• Procedures performed at hospital
• Radiology currently performs biopsies
• New Endo can perform these procedures if desired
• Dexa Scan in office, Ultrasound in Hospital
• Clinic conveniently located 2 blocks from hospital
• Current Physician earning $550k+ per year
