Details/Requirements:
--Five to six shifts per month
--Annual volume is 6700
--24 hour shifts, 8-8
--Average patients seen within a 24 hour shift is 15-20
--Physician Assistant on staff from 7pm to 7am
--Doctor may retreat to a private room within the hospital to get some rest, if the mid-level has questions or needs assistance, doctor is called in.
--ER providers respond to inpatient codes and/or rapid response
--Must have ACLS, ATLS and PALS.
