- Full-Time Emergency Medicine position
- $220/hr + $10/hr bonus incentive for documentation & % patient experience
- Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- 1099 Independent Contractor setup
- Occurence-based malpractice (no need for tail)
- Requires BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine with at least 5 year ER experience or BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
- 15 bed ER
- Annual volumes around 18,000
- On-site back-up from an acute care hospital, including on-site intensive care and surgery
- Level III Trauma Center and Advanced Primary Stroke Center
- Epic EMR
- Located in Weslaco, TX, a community of 41,000+ in one of the fastest growing areas of the country. A nearby medical school, abundant cultural and recreational outlets, tropical climate, and proximity to the Gulf Coast (a little over an hour), make this an exceptional place to live and work!
